Hosting and storage

Understand isolation, quotas, and the runtime for each account.

Hosting account

An active subscription provisions an independent account. Depending on the configured infrastructure, TuCloud uses DirectAdmin or its Host Agent to enforce limits and manage projects.

Host Agent

  • Listens only on 127.0.0.1 and authenticates requests with HMAC-SHA256.
  • Rejects repeated nonces and requests outside the accepted time window.
  • Isolates each account with a Linux user, private directory, and restricted systemd services.
  • Totals disk usage across all projects before activating a release.
  • Configures exact Nginx virtual hosts and retains releases for rollback.

Quotas

CPU, memory, processes, storage, traffic, and available resources depend on the plan. An artifact that exceeds quota is rejected before the active release link changes.
